About the Role:
Serve as the school representative of U-Learn partner schools
Assist in foreign teacher recruitment and management
Help with substituting at partner schools
Principal Accountabilities:
Supporting the business development process, training and service needs as appropriate.
Meeting regularly with local K-12 schools and training agencies to promote the U.S. high school programs.
Contributing to establish reputation, trust and credibility of U.S. K-12 school programs in local education market.
Requires (Functional/Technical Skills & Knowledge):
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and participate in multiple mixed-nationality teams of various members and skill sets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Aptitude for working in a perse office atmosphere and communicating cross-culturally
Satisfactory computer skills
Teaching, mentoring, and/or tutoring skills (preferred but not required)
Database skills (preferred but not required)
Required / Recommended Background & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Previous teaching experience with ESL students
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Valid 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certificate for recent college graduates
